Description
In volume one, we travel through the great cities of northen Italy and Tuscany, experiencing the local history and pageantry. In volume two, we travel through the great cities of Southern Italy and the islands, and learn to prepare over 20 of Italy's most famous dishes, including: focaccia, risotto, spaghetti carbonara, and saltinbocca.
