Description
Boys Town: Story of Father Flanagan and his founding of Boys Town, a home for juvenile delinquents.
Description
Men of Boys Town: After his initial triumph, Father Flanagan discovers that Boys Town is a victim of its own success. Many boys find their way to its doors, but due to limited space few can be accepted. One of those accepted is Ted Martley, an 11-year-old convicted of murdering a brutal guard at the Marysport reformatory. Ted is hardened and embittered, and neither the kindness of Father Flanagan nor the fellowship of the other residents of Boys Town seems powerful enough to break through the wall he's built around himself.
